The UM St. Joseph Palliative Care team provides specialized and compassionate care for patients with serious illnesses, and those who care for them. Palliative care may be appropriate for patients facing cancer, progressive neurological, lung or cardiac diseases, progressive dementia, or other chronic illness. Inpatient and outpatient consults are available.
