The primary clinical interests of James Clark lie in comprehensive diagnosis and management of swallowing disorders, with a focus on deglutition difficulties resulting from head and neck cancer. Additionally, Dr. Clark treats a broad spectrum of upper aerodigestive tract disorders, including but not limited to laryngopharyngeal reflux, chronic cough, Zenker’s diverticulum, dysphagia and esophageal motility disorders. Dr. Clark performs minimally invasive in-office procedures such as unsedated transnasal esophagoscopy and sialendoscopy. His research interests encompass innovative technologies for diagnosis and rehabilitation of swallowing disorders.
